How It Works
Step 1
Select Your Picnic based off style and occasion.
We offer four different styles for your picnic. Each includes the essentials for a luxury experience. Please view our gallery to help when deciding which picnic style you would like. We also can customize your picnic as well.
Step 2
Choose Your Add On's.
We offer add-ons for your picnic experience, such as custom signs, stationery cards (menus, name cards) custom floral arrangements, paint & canvases. Please fill free to request catering services as well as we do have a preferred catering list.
Step 3
Fill out our inquiry form down below.
Once you’ve decided on your picnic style and any potential add-ons, head over to our Picnic Inquiry form and give us all the details. We’ll ask a few questions to help get a feel for the occasion, and then we’ll follow up with a formalized quote based on your selections, party size, etc.
Step 4
Sign Our Picnic Contract
Once we’ve confirmed all the details, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event. Note: Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable within 90 days.
Step 5
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the picnic!
A staff member with Dainty Dates MKE will greet you upon arrival to make sure you have everything you need. At the conclusion of your picnic, we will break down your picnic.
